Structural and Wind & Watertight (WWT) Guarantee

All Cargo Worthy (CWT) and Wind and Watertight (WWT) containers are guaranteed to be structurally sound and weather-resistant upon delivery. We ensure that doors seal properly, hinges function, and the floor is capable of handling heavy industrial loads.

If your unit is delivered with critical structural failures or active roof leaks, this is covered under our initial 30-day warranty window.

Cosmetic Imperfections (Not Covered)

Because shipping containers are built for heavy ocean freight, cosmetic wear is an industry standard and is strictly excluded from warranty claims. The following are not covered under warranty:

• Surface rust, scratches, scuffs, and faded paint.
• Dents or dings that do not compromise the watertight seal or structural integrity of the unit.
• Previous shipping line decals or patched repairs that maintain the WWT standard.
• Damage caused by improper site leveling, customer modifications, or heavy machinery after delivery.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you experience a qualifying structural or WWT issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact our support team immediately.

You must provide your original order number and clear, well-lit photographs of the defect (including shots from the inside of the container with the doors closed to show light penetration). Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include dispatching a repair crew or replacing the unit.
