We understand that plans can change. Because we coordinate the movement of heavy steel infrastructure, strict timelines apply to order cancellations. Please review our procedures below.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any point before the container is loaded onto the delivery truck and dispatched from our depot. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our dispatch team immediately at sales@containerwarehouseusa.com or +1 (302) 563-7196 with your order number.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once a container has been loaded and dispatched, the order is considered active and in transit. If you choose to cancel an order while it is en route to your location, or if delivery is aborted due to inadequate site clearance, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Additionally, you may be responsible for a return-to-depot transit fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved by our team (and the unit is safely returned to the yard, if applicable), a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to fully process and appear on your bank or credit card statement.
